Founder/Director/Lead AV Production Engineer/Veteran Mixing and Mastering Engineer/Veteran Video Editing Engineer
As the founder of Portable Recording Studio, Mr. Chiu has extensive experience in the professional recording industry. He has worked with GRAMMY Award-winning artists and is recognized for his expertise in mastering recordings, particularly in classical and jazz music. In addition to his recording work, he serves as the AV Production Director for the Nashville International Chopin Piano Competition.
Beyond the studio, Scott is an accomplished clarinetist and currently performs as the second clarinetist with the Bangor Symphony Orchestra. He has been featured in Lisa Bielawa's Broadcast From Home project, and his performances have been broadcast on NPR and the BBC. He has also appeared as a solo clarinetist on the nationally syndicated radio program From the Top.

Bryant Blackburn is a versatile freelance stagehand, A1, A2, camera operator, and audio engineer from Brooklyn, NY. He has worked at several venues, including Jazz at Lincoln Center, Manhattan School of Music, Gibson Entertainment Services, and Knockdown Center. With a diverse background in classical, jazz, and pop music, Bryant brings a wealth of experience to every project he takes on.

Camera Operator/Staff Engineer
Mercedes Gala is a singer-songwriter and music producer originally from Tijuana, Mexico, now based in NYC. She recently graduated from Berklee College of Music with a double major in Electronic Production & Design, and Contemporary Writing & Production. Mercedes is a versatile producer, who blends different styles of music including Latin music, R&B, and Hip Hop. Her compositions are mainly influenced by R&B, and her unique style is defined by her ethereal sound design and soulful vocal interpretations.
