Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

 

Cancellations:

1) Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund of the session fee.
 

2) Cancellations made seven to thirteen (7–13) days prior to the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund of the session fee.

3) Cancellations made zero to six (0–6) days prior to the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the full session fee, and no refund or credit shall be issued.

Rescheduling:

1) Rescheduling requests submitted more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled session will result in no penalty. The initial booking payment will go towards the next rescheduled session.

2) Rescheduling requests submitted within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled session will result in penalty with a rescheduling fee of fifty dollars (USD $50) per booked hour (e.g., a two-hour session incurs a $100 fee). *This fee must be paid in full before the new session date is confirmed.

Exceptions:

In cases of documented emergencies, penalties may be waived at the provider’s discretion.
